BOSTON (AP) — The average cost of a gallon of gas in Massachusetts has dropped another two cents.
AAA Southern New England reports Monday that self-serve, regular has fallen in the past week to an average of $ 3.40 per gallon.
That’s 16 cents lower than a month ago, but still 16 cents higher than at the same time last year and 15 cents above the current national average.
AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $ 3.22 per gallon and as high as $ 3.85.
